Welcome to our 2014 freshmen
Yesterday, 20th October, has been the welcome day for the freshmen students of Humanitas University.
The event took place at the Humanitas Congress Centre where Giorgio Ferrari, CEO, prof. Isabella Barajon, president of the Medicine and Nursing courses, and Marco Provenzano, Nursing School coordinator, welcomed the students.
The learners have been actively involved and they had the chance to meet each other.
During this welcome day, the Managing Director wanted to point out the importance of the patient as central figure of the hospital, of the University and of the Research centre.
In particular, prof. Isabella Barajon sustained the necessity for doctors and nurses to cooperate and work together. Both have to team with each other in order to heal patients and care for them.
Lastly, staff members and the facilities in Humanitas have been presented.
Lessons started today, 21st October.
