The future is in your hands.” With these words Tenzin Gyatso, the fourteenth Dalai Lama, opened the meeting on “Ethics and awareness in a global world” addressing the students of the Milanese Universities (Humanitas University, University of Milano-Bicocca, Statale, Politecnico, Bocconi, Cattolica, IULM and San Raffaele). Nearly 1,800 students gathered in a crowded Teatro degli Arcimboldi to take advantage of the great opportunity to converse with a Nobel Peace Prize on universal aspects of life and conscience.

Also because the problems created by humans, of course, can only be solved by humans.”

After the lectio, the Dalai Lama has spent more than an hour and a half answering the numerous questions of the students.
