Giampaolo Ricci, captain of Olimpia Milano, meets Humanitas University students

Humanitas University had the honor of hosting Giampaolo Ricci, captain of Olimpia Milano, who met with our students for a moment of dialogue and inspiration. Between photos, smiles, and conversations, Giampaolo showed that he is much more than just a sports leader, sharing his story in an authentic way.

Interviewed by Pierluigi Corbella – 6th-year Medical student, and Dr. Walter Vena – Researcher at Humanitas University, the discussion explored his passion for basketball, his degree in mathematics, and his ability to balance sports, studies, and personal life. With great enthusiasm, Giampaolo shared the daily challenges he faces and the emotions that drive him to continuously improve, inspiring everyone with his story.

In addition to basketball, he spoke with great emotion about his humanitarian project with Amani Education OD, which is dedicated to building schools and offering hope to young students in Tanzania. A leader capable of inspiring not only through sports but also through his social commitment.

Thank you, Pippo, for the inspiration and emotions you gave us, and for showing us the true meaning of leadership.
