Francesca Rava Foundation: first shipment of humanitarian aid has arrived in Ukraine
The health emergency in Ukraine continues and, as the military conflict intensifies, there is a growing need for medical facilities and first aid.
Humanitas has promptly responded to the request for help from Ukrainian health structures, supporting, together with Fondazione Rocca, Francesca Rava Foundation, which has been engaged in helping children in Italy and around the world, promoting and protecting their rights.
The first convoys loaded with materials and medical equipment, sent by Francesca Rava Foundation, have already arrived at the Olympia Center logistics hub in Chernivtsi, Ukraine. The equipment has been distributed to hospitals throughout the country by Dr. Oleg Bodnar, a volunteer paediatric surgeon from the Rava Foundation, and Dr. Oleg Chorny, Health Coordinator for Southern Ukraine.
It is important to keep supporting Ukrainian hospitals by sending them medical instruments and medicines, which are necessary to guarantee health care to those in need.
You can still help Francesca Rava Foundation to send convoys of aid by giving donations.
