Chef Oldani presents his “Cucina POP” to students

Yesterday, Humanitas University had the pleasure of hosting Chef Davide Oldani, creator of “Cucina POP” and founder of the D’O and Olmo restaurants.

During the conference the Chef discussed with Daniele Brenna and Pierluigi Corbella, two fifth-year MEDTEC students, answering their questions and showing what lies behind his profession: spirit of observation, curiosity and sacrifice.

The reflection on the many similarities between the work of a brigade in the kitchen and that of a medical team in the ward was inspiring: regardless of the role and degree of responsibility, it is passion, attention to detail and clear communication that guide individual actions.

The open talk was followed by numerous questions from those present, who showed a sincere interest in the experiences, history and vision of ‘Cucina POP’.
