II level Master in Regenerative Medicine

The Second-Level Master’s in Regenerative Medicine is a postgraduate course on clinical and research applications for musculoskeletal disorders. Designed for professionals, it offers practical skills with evening and weekend classes, in collaboration with the University for Continuing Education Krems, fostering an international environment.

Applications for the academic year 2025/2026 will open soon

The second-level master’s program in Regenerative Medicine aims to provide participants with both clinical and research evidence, as well as practical skills, regarding the potential use of regenerative medicine in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.

By the end of the program, participants should have acquired:

  • Knowledge of the principles of regenerative medicine as applied to the musculoskeletal system
  • Understanding of the surgical techniques for applying regenerative medicine, along with related clinical and pre-clinical evidence: cartilage/osteochondral/bone reconstruction using innovative biomaterials, and “stem cell” implants (concentrate of bone marrow and adipose tissue)
  • Knowledge of primary conservative methods in the field of regenerative medicine, from correct indications to the development of practical skills:
  1. Ultrasound-guided intra-articular and intra-peritendinous infiltration techniques, with an understanding of musculoskeletal ultrasound principles
  2. Physical-biological therapies: shockwave therapy, magnetotherapy, etc.
  • Understanding of the medico-legal and organizational aspects related to the use of regenerative medicine techniques in both public and private healthcare settings

The Master is offered together with the University for Continuing Education Krems and offers the unique opportunity to be part of an international group of attendants.
